Our home care and health care service provides personal care for people living in their own homes. It is a supported care that is provided in the individual’s home by healthcare professionals. It makes it possible for people to remain at home rather than use residential nursing care.
We understand that people have different needs, so each package is designed specifically with your needs in mind. You could either have someone check up on you at different times of the day or if you want a 24-hr care service, you can specify.
Our home care and healthcare services include, but are not limited to:
- helping with laundry, ironing, and keeping your home tidy
- preparing meals for you and with you, whichever case it may be
- reminding you to take your drugs, and collect medication from your pharmacy
- help you shop or make a shopping list, and then go shopping together
- support with social activities such as visiting friends and family or going to place of worship etc
- help you get ready for bed at the end of the day
